Bad weather / alternative program: You can move your activity to another day or, depending on availability, participate in other activities.

Single bookings: If we have no other bookings we charge a single surcharge of 15€ per activity. Of course we will offer you alternative dates.

Minimum age for kids: Climbing from 6 years / MTB from 12 years and 150 cm (4’11”) minimum height / Surfing from 8 years 

Do I have to be a guest in the Lodge or Starpine in order to participate in the activities? No

Do I have to be a guest in the Lodge or Starpine in order to rent material? No

Group discount: 10% off for 5 persons or more

Is mountain bike/ downhill/ enduro shuttling possible without a guide? Yes

Can I combine sports activities? Yes, upon request, as some activities may overlap. 

Can I book a picnic? Yes, 15€ per person upon request

Can I rent a full suspention MTB without a guide? No, only hardtails 

Can I book a hotel pick up and drop off? Yes, upon request with an additional fee
